Phil Moore: What's New?

my big SMALL band:: I've recorded a few tracks for this nascent project of arrangements and original tunes and I'm very exicited about the way they sound. Take a look at the big SMALL page and listen to some samples of the tunes.
Andre Caporaso: I got a copy of the finished product: "Night in a Strange Land". The CD sounds great! What a great cast of talent on this one. Andre writes some of the most interesting music around. His songs are creative, fresh and great fun to blow on!
Magruder Monktet:: I've been currently writing for and performing with this exciting nonet playing the music of Thelonius Monk and the late John Magruder. Coming up with new arrangements of this very challenging library of music is a blast. Look for upcoming gigs on the Monktet website.
Andy Suzuki: I played on Andy's debut CD on a tune called "Primordial Slime". He's a great friend, great composer and an incredible sax artist.
